A Look at Sillage’s New Down Collection
The Tokyo-based label doesn't miss.
When it comes to labels we love, Sillage sits near the top. With each collection, Nicolas Yuthanan Chalmeau delivers something truly unique and outlier. The brand, known for its high-quality Japanese material and oversized fits, is hard to squeeze into any one category. Here, we largely credit the label for revamping the wide-pant and oversized aesthetic into something enviously cool.
With their latest collection, Sillage released a comfortable down range just before the holiday season. Among our favourites is the crew cardigan and the padded muffler which looks notoriously good paired with the brand’s new recycled down gilet. When worn together, the large padded muffler gives the appearance of a blanket-wrap with pockets.
The new collection is made using recycled Link Down across all of the pieces from the hasten jacket, crew cardigan, and the gilet which comes in powder blue, navy, and olive.
