Ana de Armas Stuns in Marilyn Monroe Portrait ‘Blonde’

Based on the novel of the same name from Joyce Carol Oates, Marilyn Monroe, played by Ana de Armas, is forging her way through the “Asphalt Jungle” of Hollywood in the official trailer for the highly-anticipated film.
On screen, Monroe struggles with the idea of public identity and fame while navigating abusive relationships, exploration, and drug addiction in her private life. The film also features Adrien Brody as Monroe’s then-husband and legendary playwright, Arthur Miller.
Directed by Andrew Dominik and produced by Brad Pitt, the epic period piece is set to be released by Netflix on September 23, 2022.
